Billing & Subscription Policy

Subscription Plans

BynesCo Digital Maker offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter (Free): 10 AI generations/month, basic tools
• Creator: $19/month or $180/year, 75 generations/month, all tools
• Pro: $45/month or $420/year, unlimited generations, priority support

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You will not receive a reminder before renewal—it is your responsibility to manage your subscription.

Subscriptions will continue until you cancel them in your account settings.

Billing Cycle

• Monthly Plans: Renew on the same day each month
• Annual Plans: Renew on the same day each year
• Pricing Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply to renewals, not current subscriptions

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time in your current period.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Paddle. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we'll retry processing it for 3-5 business days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. Please contact us to resolve billing issues.

Refunds

Standard subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details on special refund requests.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abuse. Account termination will refund any prepaid subscription on a pro-rata basis.
