At BynesCo Digital Maker, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued, and how to cancel your account.
When a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan at the end of the trial period.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Platform within your first 7 days of a paid subscription, please contact us — we will review your case and may issue a full refund at our discretion.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, contact us and we will review your request for a refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
